Shipping

Rocky Creek Candle Company offers several shipping selections via USPS, FedEx, & UPS. Customers can select their shipping preference at checkout.

All orders are shipped within a timely manner from the date the order is placed. Typical USPS ground shipments can be expected within 3-5 business days.  Expedited shipping options are available with upgrades, but are not eligible for the free shipping discount.

Free local pickup is available within a 10-mile radius of the store and will display at checkout if you are eligible.

Returns

Rocky Creek Candle Company accepts returns on a case by case basis. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage, defect, or technology error. Return requests should be directed to info@rockycreekcandles.com and should include order number and detailed explanation of the request.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered can not be accepted for return or exchange

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
